Water Ingress & Repair Specialist (Ashington Branch)
- Identify and repair the water ingress points.
- Fitting new plastic/GRP caravan panels.
- Bodywork repairs to plastic/GRP panels.
- Replacement of external sealant and rails.
- Carry out major interior damp repairs and rebuilds to floors, ceilings, and walls, which will often involve extensive stripping down inside vehicles, replacement of timberwork, wallboard, and wallpapering.
Skills & experience we know will help a Technician succeed in this role:
- Practical person who is naturally gifted with their hands and talented with most DIY projects.
- Superb attention to detail.
- A tidy & organised mentality.
- Physically fit.
- Have a positive attitude and approach to life and able to work as part of our friendly team.
- Experience using your own initiative and problem solving using creative solutions.

- Experience in carpentry and the use of sealants would be very beneficial.
- Previous experience in van conversions, coachworks, boat building or other similar industries would be advantageous.
- Experience working within the caravan and motorhome industry, and previous experience of carrying out damp repairs would be a strong asset.

This is a full time, permanent position, with a 5-day week working Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays on rolling rota.
We will offer an extremely competitive salary for the right candidate. In additional to the basic salary there is further earning potential with overtime opportunities and our workshop bonus scheme.

Service Technician (Ashington Branch)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Annual services and habitation checks to caravans and motorhomes.
- Pre delivery inspections of new and used caravans and motorhomes.
- Fitting of accessories including, solar panels, motor movers, bike racks, awnings, reverse cameras and tv aerials.
- Warranty diagnosis and repairs.
- General fault finding and repairs to 12v, mains 230v electrics, plumbing, heating and appliances.
Skills & experience we know will help Technician succeed in this role:
- A good practical, multi skilled background with experience in the motor trade, engineering, plumbing, carpentry, or electronics would be an ideal base.
- Talented individuals that have good experience in a range of DIY projects.
- Superb attention to detail.
- A tidy & organised mentality.
- Physically fit.
- Have a positive attitude and approach to life and able to work as part of our friendly team.
- Experience using your own initiative and problem solving using creative solutions.

Trainee Technician (East Grinstead Branch)
We are looking for someone who has a passion for mechanics, 12v/230v electrics, caravans, motorhomes, cars, or who has a flare for DIY and carpentry to further strengthen our workshop team to meet the rising demand of our growing customer database at our award-winning caravan and motorhome dealership near East Grinstead.
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn and develop technical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a trainee technician, you will receive on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience.
Duties:
- Assist senior technicians in performing technical tasks.
- Annual services and habitation checks to caravans and motorhomes.
- Pre delivery inspections of new and used caravans and motorhomes.

Note: This position is intended for individuals who are eager to learn and gain the necessary skills to enjoy a rewarding long term career within the leisure vehicle industry. No prior experience is required; however, a passion for technology and a willingness to learn are essential.
